Designing your photo cake is easy. Simply choose your cake size and flavour, then upload your photo directly on the product page. Make sure your image is clear and high-resolution for the best result. Our team will carefully prepare and print your image onto an edible cake topper before finishing your cake fresh in-store.
We recommend ordering your photo cake at least 48–72 hours in advance. This allows enough time to review your image, prepare the edible print, and freshly bake and decorate your cake. For urgent orders, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to help.
Our photo cakes are available in Chocolate Mud Cake, Vanilla Mud Cake, Red Velvet Cake, and Vanilla Sponge with Jam & Cream. All cakes are finished with smooth white frosting, perfect for photo printing.
Photo cakes are available in round and square shapes. Round cakes are available in medium and large sizes. Square cakes are available in two size options, perfect for sharing at events. If you're looking for a two-tier photo cake, please contact us directly for a custom quote.
Photo Cake Requirements
To ensure the best possible finish on your photo cake, please upload a clear, high-quality image. Minimum image size is 1080px × 1080px. Maximum file size is 8MB, with maximum image dimensions of 6000px × 6000px. Accepted file types are JPEG, PNG, and HEIC. For best results, choose a well-lit image with the main subject centred. Avoid blurry images, screenshots, heavy filters, text overlays, or watermarks.
If you're having trouble uploading your image, check your internet connection, make sure the file is not too large, refresh the page, or try a different browser or device. If the problem continues, you can email us your image after placing your order.
Open the Photos app, select your image, tap Edit, use the Crop tool, centre the main subject, and save.
Open your photo in the Gallery or Photos app, tap Edit or Crop, adjust the image so the main subject is centred, and save.
Due to licensing restrictions, we cannot print images from Disney, Star Wars, Marvel, or Pixar. If you need to cancel a photo cake order, please do so at least 3 days before your pickup date.
