Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all cakes and food items are made to order and are subject to the following cancellation terms.

Standard Menu Cakes

Cancellations or changes to standard menu cakes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or on the day of pickup or delivery, are non-refundable.

Special Occasion & Custom Cakes

Special occasion and custom cakes require additional preparation and planning.

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the collection date may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of collection are non-refundable.

  • Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or on the day of collection, are non-refundable.

No-Shows & Late Collection

Orders not collected at the agreed time, or affected by incorrect information provided by the customer, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery. If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately so we can assess and assist where appropriate.

Taste & Quality Concerns

Taste is subjective, and while we take great care in preparing all of our cakes, personal preference alone does not constitute a fault.

If a customer believes a cake is not up to standard due to taste or quality concerns, the cake (or remaining portion) must be returned to our store as soon as possible for assessment. This allows us to properly review the product and determine whether an issue has occurred.

Refunds, credits, or replacements will only be considered after the cake has been returned and assessed. Claims cannot be accepted for cakes that have been fully consumed or not returned.

This process ensures fairness and helps us maintain consistent quality across all products.
