Delivery Policy
At Milano Cakes & Coffee, we offer local delivery and in-store pickup only to ensure the freshness and quality of our products.
Local Delivery Zones
We currently deliver within five local delivery zones across the Wollongong / Illawarra area.
Delivery availability, fees, and minimum order values vary by zone and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address post code.
Delivery zones include and go by postcodes:

Zone 1 – Local - 2526 - Free

Zone 2 – Nearby suburbs - 2502, 2500, 2518, 2517, 2525 - 10$

Zone 3 – Extended local area - 2505, 2506, 2519, 2528, 2530 - 15$

Zone 4 – Outer local area - 2515, 2516, 2527, 2529 - 25$
- Extended Delivery Zone with minimum order of 100$ - 2533, 2534 - 45$
If your address is outside our delivery zones, local delivery will not be available at checkout.
Delivery Times

Local deliveries are completed on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).

Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered on the following scheduled delivery day.
Available delivery dates and time windows are displayed at checkout based on your address and delivery zone.
While we aim to deliver within the selected timeframe, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available during our business hours at Shop 3, 2 Tallegalla Street, Unanderra NSW 2526.
Pickup times and dates can be selected at checkout.
Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, desserts, and food items:

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for change of mind

We do not deliver via courier or Australia-wide shipping
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Once an order has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
Issues With Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsafe, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist in line with Australian Consumer Law.
