Standard cakes from our online range need at least 48 hours notice. Custom cakes typically need 7 days notice to allow for design discussion, sourcing and decoration. For urgent orders, call us on (02) 4231 8014 and we will do our best to help.

Milano Cakes and Coffee is located at Shop 3, 2 Tallegalla Street, Unanderra NSW 2526. We serve customers across Wollongong and the Illawarra region with both in-store pickup and local delivery.

Yes, Milano Cakes offers local delivery across Wollongong and the wider Illawarra region including Unanderra, Figtree, Corrimal, Fairy Meadow, Dapto, Shellharbour and Kiama. Delivery fees vary by suburb. Pickup from our Unanderra shop is free.

Yes. Milano offers gluten free options including our Orange and Almond Cake, Passionfruit and Almond Meringue and Vegan Chocolate Mocha. We can also accommodate other dietary requirements on custom cakes. If you have allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Milano standard cakes start from $55. Specialty celebration cakes start from $90. Custom designs, multi-tier cakes and wedding cakes are quoted individually based on size, complexity and decoration requirements. Contact us for a quote.

Yes. We make custom corporate cakes including logo cakes, branded designs and bulk orders for office events, product launches and team celebrations across Wollongong and the Illawarra. Contact us with your brief and event date.

For wedding cakes, contact Milano at least 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding date. We will discuss design, flavours, serving numbers and delivery. We then send a quote and confirm with a deposit.

As all Milano cakes are made to order, we offer full refunds for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the pickup or delivery date. Cancellations within 24 to 48 hours receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations within 24 hours cannot be refunded as ingredients have been purchased and work has commenced.

Yes. Browse our online range, select your cake, choose a pickup date and pay online. We will have your cake ready at our Unanderra shop on your selected date. Online ordering is the fastest way to secure your preferred date.

Our cakes come in several sizes. As a general guide, a Mini cake serves 4 to 6 people, a Medium serves 8 to 12 and a Large serves 15 to 20. For larger events, we recommend tiered or multiple cakes. Contact us for tailored advice.

Most Milano cakes should be kept refrigerated upon receipt and brought to room temperature for 20 to 45 minutes before serving for best flavour and texture. Each cake comes with specific storage advice. Cakes are best enjoyed within 1 to 4 days.
